Selfcare

This is a deeply personal piece exploring my experience of coping in the aftermath of my father’s passing. Each element within the image reflects different forms of self-care and the ways in which they can both support and complicate the process of grieving. The work portrays self-care as a double-edged sword, offering comfort while also revealing the complexity of healing.
